Please Note:

Children and Car Seat

We do not provide car seater or booster for the children passengers because children do not need to use a car seat or booster when travelling in a licensed taxi. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own car seat or booster and we will keep hold of them for your return journey.

​Children under age 5 are free of charge.

Luggage

If you have any carry-on luggage(s), please kindly inform us about the size and number of luggage while booking.

Delay

We do not charge you for any additional waiting time if your flight has been delayed.

If you think it will take you more than 30 minutes to come out from the airport terminal after landing, please inform the driver what is the current situation and estimated time you will come out, you will be charged waiting time after the first half hour waiting; the driver can give a receipt to your request. 

Payment

we do accept cash, credit card, paypal and bank transfer payment. Our driver will be ready a mobile card machine to proceed the card payment for you.
