Booking our services
Any enquiries or email quotations do not constitute a booking until confirmed by the us. All bookings are formally confirmed when we issue you with booking confirmation via text message, email or facebook.

Customers are reliable to ensure the accuracy of travel information is being provided to us while booking our service. Once all the vital information is fully received and verified, we will send you a full booking confirmation within 24 hours.
Please note that until you have had a confirmation from us, your transfer service is not booked.
Payments
Payment must be fully paid to the driver by the end of the service (when customers have safely arrived their destination). Please note we do accept cash, credit card and bank transfer payment. Our driver will be ready a mobile card machine to proceed the card payment for you.
Please note we do NOT accept cheques.
Delay or Cancel transfers
We do not take the liabilities for any unforeseen circumstances caused by rerouted journeys beyond our control (i.e. those caused by accidents, diversions, roadworks, heavy traffic or the weather) that might delay or cancel transfers, but will try our upmost efforts to help cover the work booked in. Some cases we will use a third-party licensed vehicles to help cover the work. We are not responsible for anything that happens while with that third party.
Delay inside Airport Arrival Terminals
We do not charge you for any additional waiting time if your flight has been delayed.

If you think it will take you more than 30 minutes to come out from the airport terminal after landing, please inform the driver what is the current situation and estimated time you will come out, you will be charged waiting time after the first half hour waiting; the driver can give a receipt to your request.
Damage to the vehicle on hire
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order reinstate a vehicle to working order.
